David Moore took 2 podiums during the First and Second rounds of the Ginetta Junior Championship at Thruxton this weekend, Sunday, 4th April, and in doing so also moved to third in the Championship driver standings.
Third placed David Moore added: “It was a good race; I was quite far back to start with but managed to come through quite well. Towards the end I had some trouble with the gearbox so I was glad to hold on to third really. It’s a good start to the year for me so hopefully we can build on this and maybe challenge for a win next time out.”
Sarah Moore only managed 10th place in round one apart from suffering mechanical problems, her team advised the wrong tire choice and she spun off in the wet and did well to recover.
